This Privacy Policy describes how RBJ Empire, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our mobile application (the "App") and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect several types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

a. Personal Information

When you use our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Information"). This includes, but is not limited to:

• Contact Information: Email address, first name, last name, and phone number.
• Payment Information: We do not directly collect or store your payment card details. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, GoHighLevel ("GHL"). Please review GHL's privacy policy for details on how they handle payment data.
• Shipping Information: Physical address, city, state, postal code, and country for the purpose of delivering your printed books.
• Access Code: A unique 6-digit access code is generated at the time of purchase and associated with your email address to activate your account.

b. SMS and Phone Number Data

When you purchase access to the App, your phone number is collected through our purchase form. We use your phone number solely to deliver your one-time access code via SMS text message. By providing your phone number and completing a purchase, you consent to receive this transactional SMS message from RBJ Empire, LLC. Your phone number is not used for marketing purposes and is not sold or shared with third parties for promotional use.

c. User Content

Our Service allows you to create, upload, and store content for your books. This includes:

• Book Creation Content: Text, images, and other materials you upload to design your book.
• Video Content: A video version of your book that we create and host on your behalf.

You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. We only access it to provide the Service, including printing, quality assurance, and video hosting.

d. Usage Data

We may collect information on how the Service is accessed and used, including your device's IP address, device type, operating system version, pages visited, time and date of visits, time spent on pages, and unique device identifiers.

e. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our App and associated website (www.rbjempire.com) may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to monitor activity and improve the user experience. Cookies are small data files stored on your device. We may use:

• Session Cookies: To operate our Service during your visit.
• Preference Cookies: To remember your preferences and settings.
• Analytics Cookies: To understand how users interact with our Service so we can improve it.

You can instruct your browser or device to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some features of the Service may not function properly without cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain our Service, including processing book orders for printing and shipping.
• To deliver your one-time access code via SMS text message upon purchase.

We do not use your phone number or personal information to send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may disclose your information in the following situations:

With Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service. These include:

• Printing and Fulfillment Partners: We partner with third-party printing and fulfillment services (currently Lulu Press, Inc.) to print and ship your books.
• Cloud Storage Providers: We use third-party cloud storage services (currently Backblaze) to host your Video Content.
• Payment Processors: To process your purchase.

These third parties are obligated not to disclose or use your information for any other purpose than to provide the services we have requested.

Mobile Information Sharing: We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected through our purchase process are used exclusively to send transactional SMS messages related to your account access. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

For Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

4. SMS Communications

Opt-In: By providing your phone number on our purchase form and completing a transaction, you consent to receive a one-time transactional SMS message containing your account access code. This is not a recurring SMS program.

Message Content: The SMS message you receive will contain your unique 6-digit access code and instructions for activating your account in the RBJ App.

Opt-Out: As this is a single transactional message, no recurring messages will be sent. If you receive any unexpected messages from us, you may reply STOP at any time to opt out of future communications. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. RBJ Empire is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

• Book Creation Content: We will retain your Book Creation Content for a period of six (6) months after your project is marked as completed. After this period, it will be permanently deleted from our servers.
• Video Content and QR Code Data: To ensure the continued functionality of the QR code provided with your printed book, we will retain the associated Video Content and its corresponding URL indefinitely. This data is stored securely with our cloud storage provider.
• Account Closure: If you voluntarily request account closure, all of your data, including Book Creation Content and Video Content, will be permanently deleted. This will result in all QR codes associated with your books becoming non-functional. Account closure is irreversible.
• Phone Number and Access Code: Retained only as long as necessary to deliver your access code and maintain your account record.

6. Accuracy of Materials

You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your information. You can do this by contacting us directly.

7. Security of Your Information

The security of your data is important to us. We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from anyone under 18 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

9. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion: You may request the deletion of your personal information, subject to the limitations described in this policy (e.g., deleting Video Content will permanently disable your book's QR code).
• Opt-Out of SMS: You may reply STOP to any SMS message to opt out of future communications.
